Bryan Charles Lee, 52, passed away at 9:51 a.m. Mon., Dec. 22, 2025 unexpectedly, at his residence.
Bryan was born on May 1, 1973 in Alton to Charles Houston Lee of Hamburg, IL and Rhonda Ann (Daniels) Lee Daniels of Roxana, IL
He and Melissa Ann Brothers of South Roxana, were married on September 26, 2015 in Harrisburg, IL.
Besides Melissa and his parents, Bryan is survived by two step-daughters, Ashlie Xolo of Harrisburg, IL, Kayleigh Gott of Chattanooga, TN; two step-sons, Adam Brothers of El Paso, TX, Kolten Choate of Carrier Mills, IL; two step-grandchildren, Elena Xolo, Alberto Xolo both of Harrisburg; Grandmother, Phyllis Daniels of Hartford, IL; mother-in-law Jody Owen of Harrisburg; father-in-law Randy Brothers of South Roxana; one sister, Brandy Ann Lee of Brighton, IL; one brother Brandon Austin Lee of Hamburg, IL; one sister-in-law Nicole Brothers of Harrisburg; one brother-in-law, Nathan Brothers of Carrier Mills, IL; neices and nephew; Braleigh Nicolini, Makayla Sigite, Caylee Dunsing, Amaya Urizar, Aidan Urizar; we can’t forget Bryan’s little dog “Phat Baby”; several aunt’s, uncle’s and cousin’s.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grand-parents, Oscar Lee and Eva Alice Lee; Maternal grand-father, Leroy Daniels.
Bryan loved to fish and hunt with his brother Brandon. Even though he wasn’t feeling well, he went on a fishing trip to Mississippi with Brandon and his cousin Misty. They didn’t catch much but Bryan came home with a bad sunburn and wonderful memories. One of which Brandon looked like he was skiing while holding onto the back of Bryan’s motorized chair and being pulled to keep Bryan from turning over. These are precious memories for the family to talk and laugh about.
Bryan was loved by many and will be missed.
A life celebration for Bryan will be at 2:00 pm Sunday, January 18, 2026 at Wood River Masonic Lodge #1062, 390 E. Lorena Ave. Wood River, IL.
Memorials may be given to the Diabetes Association or the Wood River Masonic Lodge #1062, 390 E. Lorena Ave, Wood River, IL 62095.
