Dianna Lynn Kennedy, age 60, passed away at 4:32 p.m., Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at her residence.

Dianna was born on Nov. 6, 1958 in Wood River, to the late Raymond L. Mercer and Dolores (Witt) Mercer Lawrence.

She worked as a Market Research Manager for C & C Market Research in Alton for 20 years, retiring after becoming disabled.

Dianna and Thomas L. Kennedy III of St. Peters, Missouri were married on Sept. 18, 1999 in Godfrey. He survives.

She loved music and collected vinyl records as well as the little Pez Candy dispensers

Also surviving are, one daughter; Jennifer Friemann of Alton; two sisters, Judy Traum of Morena Valley, California and Joyce Kile of Godfrey; one brother, Lonnie Mercer.

A Celebration of Dianna's life will begin at 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28 at Gray Funeral Home in Wood River.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 29 at Gray Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Butler officiating.

Burial will take place at Upper Alton Cemetery.

Memorials can be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
