Donald Ray Walters, 70, of Glendale, AZ, passed away at 1:09 p.m. Tuesday, December 26, 2017, at St Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, MO, while visiting with his family for Christmas.

Born on May 13, 1947 in East St. Louis, Donald was a son of Fredrick and Lucille (Shrum) Walters.

A Veteran, Donald was a Self Employed Truck Driver for over 30 years.

His wife Rita A. Walters, passed away July 30, 2017.

Survivors include one daughter, Lisa Walters of Belleville; one son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Kerin Walters, II of Collinsville; several grandchildren; two sisters and two sisters-in-law; one brother.

Donald was preceded in death by three brothers, one sister and one a sister-in-law.

A memorial celebration of Donald's life will be from 12:00 p.m. until service time of 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 20, 2018, at Discovery Family Church, 699 South Bluff Rd., Collinsville 62234.

Pastor Steve Gray will officiate.

Memorials may be given to Discovery Family Church.
