Janice Kay Cole, 79, passed away Friday, January 18, 2019, at Alton Memorial Hospital in Alton.

Janice was born December 8, 1939 in Fillmore. She was the daughter of the late Parl L. and Ione J. Cress.

Janice worked for the Olin Corporation retiring after 20 years.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Linda Cole of Wood River, six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Murl Dean Cress of Wood River and Bobby L. Hanabarger of Ramsey.

A celebration of Janice's life will begin at 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 25, 2019 at the Methodist Church of Fillmore.  Services following at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Stephen Gray officiating.

Burial will be at Glendale Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to that of one's choice.
