He was born October 17, 1971 in Belleville. A son of David G. Day, who preceded him in death on December 29, 2005 and Chery L. (Vickery) Day of Belleville.
Jeffery had worked as a laborer.
He will be sadly missed by his mother, siblings, family and friends.
