ROXANA Jerry Dean Goskie, 56, died at 9:45 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012, at John Cochran Veterans Hospital in St. Louis. He was born Sept. 11, 1956, in St. Louis, the son of Amil D. Goskie of South Roxana and Maxine (Martine) Goskie, now deceased. He married Theresa (Berry) Johnson Goskie on April 20, 1996, in Alton. She survives. He was maintenance and facilities manager at Sysco Food in St. Louis until 2006, prior to becoming ill and going on disability. He was an Army veteran of Desert Storm. Survivors are two daughters, Tammy Goskie of Germany and Katherine Goskie of Texas; one son, Steven Goskie of Texas; one grandchild; and one sister, Dorothy, and Bruce Pryor of Delhi. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, with service at 7:30 at Gray Funeral Home in Wood River, which is in charge of arrangements. www.grayfuneralhomeinc.com
