Junius Leslie Renfro, 84, passed away at 10 p.m., Sunday, July 28, 2019 at Morningside in Troy, IL.

He was born on January 26, 1935 in Piggott, AR to the late Leslie and Alma Renfro.

Junius married Pansy Sue Vancil on May 14, 1955 and she passed away April 24, 1996. They were blessed with four children. On October 30, 1999, Junius married Deltie Foiles. She passed away on January 14, 2014.

Junius was a Diesel Mechanic by trade.

He was a member of Peace Free Will Baptist Church in Granite City.

Survivors include, two daughters, Vickie & Steve Willhite of Denton, TX, Marilyn & Ron Boatwright of Granite City, IL; one son, Darrell & Linda Renfro of Edwardsville, IL.; 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren, Chris, Beth & Thomas Willhite, Nathan, Kelly, Caroline & Duke Renfro, Elizabeth, Brett, Lucy & Henry Clay, Melissa, Josh, Kaylee & Kameron Walker, Amy Boatwright, Lesli, Matt, Eva, Lucas, Adalynn Hornyak, Phillip, Wendy, Caleb & Reagan Renfro, Daniel, Beverly, Eli, Haley, McKenna & Emma Renfro, Brian, Zandra, Maddie & Jack Renfro, Jason, Tiffany, Serena & Emma Renfro and Sarah Howell; one twin brother, Julius & Mary Renfro of Georgia, one sister, Jennie & Jack Blake of Piggott, AR.

Also preceding Junius in death is one son, Larry Renfro, an infant sibling, three brothers, Doyle, Donald and Robert Renfro.

Visitation is from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at Gray Funeral Home in Wood River, IL with services at 7 p.m. with Rev. Daniel Renfro & Rev. Chris Willhite officiating.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Cummings Chapel Cemetery in Pollard, AR.
