Kenneth Dale Wehrle, 71, of Alton, passed away at 9:24 p.m., Sunday, April 17, 2022, with his family by his side.

He was born August 7, 1950 in Phoenix, AZ, to Donald Wehrle and Joan (Wilson) Wehrle.

He had worked and retired as a Teamster for Kienstra, Inc. in Wood River.

He was a long time member of the Back Door Men Motorcycle Club.

On December 31, 1995, he married the former Meda Charlene Vice and she survives.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are two sons, Daniel Wehrle and Scott (Rachel) McHugh, of Godfrey; two daughters, Casey (Brett) Dustmann, of Prairetown and Julie (Jason) Jones of Godfrey; one brother, Richard (Michelle) Wehrle of Georgia; one sister Donna (Kevin) Braundmeier; 12 grandchildren, Kyndra, Nick, Meghan, Shane, Drew, Scotty, Adam, Rilee, Abigail, Hannah, Olivia, Clayton; 4 great-grandchildren.  Plus many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A celebration of Kenneth's life will begin at 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at Gray Funeral Home in Wood River.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 22, 2022 at Gray Funeral Home.

Rev. Stephen Gray will officiate.

Burial will be at Wanda Cemetery in South Roxana.
