Jerseyville – Ronnie Knox Bowman, 30 years old, passed away at 5:50 p.m. Thursday, October 15, 2015 in Alton.
Ronnie was born May 20, 1985 in Alton, the son of Shaun Bowman of Godfrey and Rhonda (Slaten) Bowman of Jerseyville with companions Kimberly Hodgkiss and Mike Self .
He married the former Casey M. Bishop on March 26, 2012 and she survives.
He worked as a mechanic and was very talented in other fields of work.
Besides his wife and parents, Ronnie is survived by three daughters, Kassidy, Khloey and Tessa; one son, Ryan; a sister, Jessica Bowman of Collinsville; four step sisters, Danielle and Leah Hodgkiss of Godfrey, Courtney Wilson of East Alton, Haley Self of Jerseyville; one step brother, Buddy Hodgkiss of Godfrey.
A celebration of Ronnie's life will begin at 12:00 noon with a service at 2:00 p.m and visitation continuing until 4:00 p.m. Saturday, October 24, 2015 at the New Attitudes Recovery House, 830 Brown St., Alton, IL 62002. Pastor Jon Sander will officiate.
Burial will be private.
