Tammy Llynn Starwalt, 60, of Collinsville, passed away at 6:05 p.m., Saturday, August 19, 2023 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in O'Fallon.

She was born June 20, 1963 in St. Louis, MO.  Tammy was a daughter of the late Dale Starwalt and Dorothy M. Hitch.

Tammy worked as a Manager in the Deli Department at Shop'n Save for 15 years, retiring in 2015.

Survivors include two daughters, Angela and Casey Willis of Collinsville, Jessica Howard of Collinsville; two sons, Sean Starwalt of Collinsville, Andre' "Duke" Howard of Collinsville; eight grandchildren, Sadie, Sierra, Sabrina, Shyne, Alana, Zayden, Kobie, Maleek; one great-grandchild, Penelope; one sister, Lisa Haynes of Norfolk, VA; one brother, Dale Starwalt of Fairview Heights; Aunt, Annette and Ray Kellison of Caseyville.

Tammy was a member of the Caseyville Moose Lodge #4.

Besides her parents, Tammy was also preceded in death by one sister, Lynnette Nugent; one brother, Mike Hitch.

A celebration of Tammy's life will be at 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., August 29, 2023 at Discovery Family Church, 699 South Bluff Rd. in Collinsville.

Services will follow at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Steve Gray officiating.

Burial will be private.
